business-plan.solutions sells customized business plan documents generated from the information you provide and the market research gathered during fulfillment.

Service scope

Your purchase includes one customized business plan document delivered by email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on research, third-party services, system availability, or temporary interruptions.

Customer inputs

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business idea, market, and location. The quality of the delivered plan depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit.

Use of the delivered plan

You may use and edit the delivered document for your own business planning and internal business purposes. The site, service, branding, software, and underlying fulfillment systems remain the property of their respective owners.

As-is product

The service and the document delivered are provided as is. The finished business plan is a planning tool and working document, not a guarantee of business success, financing approval, legal compliance, tax treatment, licensing outcome, or investment results.

No professional advice

The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing the final document and consulting qualified professionals where appropriate before relying on it in high-stakes decisions.

Revisions and support

Unless specifically offered at the time of purchase, your order does not include ongoing support, consulting, revision work, or a managed editing service. The primary product is the delivered document itself.

Refunds

Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once an order has been processed and the document has been generated or delivered.

Payments and third-party services

Payments are processed securely by Square. The service may also rely on third-party providers for hosting, infrastructure, research, and email delivery, including Resend. Temporary issues with those providers may affect timing or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, business-plan.solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service or the delivered document.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service or operations. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
