Privacy Policy

business-plan.solutions collects limited information so we can process your order, generate your custom business plan, deliver it to your inbox, and resolve order or delivery issues if they happen. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use customer orders as an automatic marketing list.

Information we collect

Your submission may include your name, email address, business name, business idea, city, state, ZIP code, and other order-related details you provide through the checkout or form flow. Payment information is processed by Square and is not stored by us as full card data.

How we use your information

We use submitted information only to:

• process payment for your order,
• research and generate your custom business plan,
• deliver the finished document by email, and
• handle order support, troubleshooting, or delivery follow-up when needed.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you purchased a plan. We keep collection narrow and use your information for fulfillment and support.

How long we keep it

We keep order and delivery information only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the order, confirm delivery, troubleshoot issues, maintain basic business records, and meet payment, accounting, or legal obligations.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Square. Email delivery is handled through Resend. The service may also rely on hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the site and fulfill orders. Those providers may process the limited information needed to perform their functions under their own systems and policies.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information used to operate the service. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, but we intentionally limit collection and use customer data only for service operations and support.

Children's privacy

This service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the service, providers, or operational practices. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest version.
